Lee Valley Easter Country Fair Lee Valley Country Park, EN9 1AB The Plonkers™ are playing live on both days, Open: 10.00am - 5pm The Plonkers first visit to this lovely Showground situated within the River Lee Country Park. All day entertainment will include Birds of Prey Flying Displays, The Goat Show including bottle feeding lambs & kids, Terrier Racing, Equestrian Acrobatics, Motorcycle Stunt Riding, Children's' Entertainment, Medieval Village & Fighting Knights with Swords of Chivalry, plus Arts, Crafts & Gift Marquees and outside Trade Stands. Fully catered and a licensed bar. |
The Showground at River Lee Country Park is situated just outside of the M25 and located next to the 2012 Olympic canoe slalom venue; the Country Park itself gives access to a unique patchwork of lakes, waterways and green open spaces and stretches either side of the River Lee between Waltham Abbey and Broxbourne stretching to 10,000 acres Admission on the gate: £7.50, concessions £6, children age 5-16 £ 3, Family Ticket: £,19 (2 adults and 2 children) Children under 5 - absolutely FREE - and - FREE PARKING |

West Anglian Country Show at Wood Green Wood Green Animal Shelter, London Road, Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire, PE29 2NH The Plonkers™ were playing live on both days, Open: 10.00am - 5pm This would have been the first time for The Plonkers at the Wood Green Animal Shelter. This popular Country Show is on the show fields with all day entertainment including the Knights of the Damned Jousting Team, Devilstick Peat children's entertainment plus Circus Workshop, birds of prey, The Goat Show working dogs with John Cavana, Knights of Honour medieval village and fighting knights as well as arts, crafts, gifts and food marquees. |

The Tatton Park Country Show Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6QN The Plonkers™ are playing live on both days, Open: 10.00am - 5pm Set in the beautiful parkland of Tatton Park, this family Country Show will have something for everyone from the Knights of the Damned Jousting Team, through to Birds of Prey flying displays, Terrier Racing, traditional Punch & Judy, John Cavana Working Dogs, have-a-go Dog Scurry plus skilled craftsmen demonstrations, arts crafts & gifts marquees, fully catered and with a licensed bar. |
Also on Sunday at this event the Companion Dog Show - bring along a canine friend and have a go! (And all proceeds from entries will go to Marie Curie Cancer Care). The Edwardian Stable Block will house more than 50 craft and antiques stalls, plus a dedicated Food Hall. Enjoy a cream tea in the Stable yard! In the glorious parkland surrounding the Hall you can enjoy numerous exhibits and displays, from falconry and owls to working horses and hounds. Visit the Museum of Rural Life and learn how our food was harvested in the old days. A chance to see vintage tractors and steam engines in action. See how traditional rural crafts like basket making and spoon making are being kept alive. NANNA will be attending and organising a Fun Dog Show on both days. All entrants welcome! Dogs are welcome on leads. Disabled toilets are available at the house and also on the main rally field. Disabled parking available. Please note that although the event is held mostly on one level, the majority of the event is based in the main rally field which is grass. There are some gravelled paths. |
